Positive: The quality and finish of this villa was 2nd to none and it was absolutely spotlessly clean on our arrival. Very modern inside, with top of the range upholstery/furnishings/fixtures and fittings. Pots/pans/cutlery etc was also of top quality. Fast internet (which isn't received uniformly upstairs) finished it off. I can genuinely say it's the best I've experienced in Cyprus and I've been many times. On arrival, there was lots of little touches, such as water, condiments, toilet roll etc that have been omitted by other villas, but make such a difference to your arrival experience. Get there before you go shopping - you won't need as much as you think! There was little to improve, but our host Luliia listened to and actioned everything I suggested.
Negative: The location is a compromise. Whilst there is actually a lovely sea view (from the roof), it's distant. You are in a built up area and there are passing vehicles. 'Boy racers' can occasionally be heard revving their engines to pieces at nighttime on the main road - mainly at weekend. The pay off for that is that there are bars within easy walking distance and the village of Peyia is also an easy walk for all but the most unfit/unsteady. We even walked to Coral Bay once, but you'd have to be used to walking for that one and in any case, the bus route runs nearby. The estate is new and building work is ongoing (April/May 2025). It's not too intrusive and it's on a late stage of building, so I expect it'll be peaceful by perhaps July? - but the pool area is at the front of the villa and looks directly onto where they are currently working. It'll be much better once the work is complete.
