Positive: At our first accommodation we were not happy. But the staff sorted this for us. The property we were moved to was updated internally. Higher spec. Spacious.

Negative: The first accommodation had so many problems. Surprised no one had ever complained about the low showers (great for a dog) for you to have rectified it. Not even being able to get into the ensuite shower. Leaking air conditioning. Very tight in other bedroom and having to squeeze by the bed and unit to get into the bedroom. Surely the property should have been inspected before our arrival as it would have been noticed my bedroom and wardrobe was infested with ants and could have been treated beforehand. Instead we had to sleep with the fumes from the spray housekeeping administered to kill them. Not very nice for our first night. Wardrobe doors not shutting. The apartment we were moved to only two problems to let you know about. 1. When going to bed at night approximately 10pm the Neighbours were so noisy. Scraping chairs backwards and forwards on their floors. Constant banging. Till approx 1am most nights of our stay. 2. Despite an umbrella being on the terrace because of the position of the property and height of the sun there was zero shade. We couldnt even eat outside on it. An awning would be so much better for this property.
