Positive: You have access to (common) fully (and I mean fully) equipped kitchen and dining room downstairs. There is also small kitchen upstairs. Room is big enough. Nice view, good location. I have read about bad wifi signal in the upper floor, but signal in our attic room was good.

Negative: No showering cream in the bathroom.
