Positive: Everything about this staycation was wonderful. I booked for a month with a family of four. Although small, the owners prepped the apartment with care for our needs. We had a working kitchenette equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs as well as eletctic kettle, rice cooker, samsung fridege and a cooktop with 2 elements. A very well maintened and clean apartment with free wifi and hooked to a TV with home entertainment including Netflix and You Tube. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was close to all amenities including three convincence stores: Alfa Mart, Robinsons and one other; Watsons Pharmacy; and eateries including: Pizza Hut, a little coffee shop and 2 Asian restaurants. Also close by were services including hair and beauty and a massage parlour. One bank and pet shop where also within a short walking distance from the entrance of the Viceroy Tower in which the apartment is housed. There was also a 24-hour laundramat service avaiable to all residents around the area. Finally, the apartment was close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall as well as the School that our daughter will be attending.
Negative: There was not a thing I did not like.
Summary: Excellent and well-maintained little staycation located strategically to all amentities.
