This updated 2 story is fully fenced and provides enough room for your family to enjoy their island getaway with all modern conveniences including central AC, free WiFi, Smart internet TV’s, and an Xbox.
Kitchen is equipped with cooking and dinnerware, microwave, full size refrigerator, filtered water&I center, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee pot (kuerig & regular pot), espresso machine, toaster & blender. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the front porch furnished with rocking chairs and front porch swing, The backyard is another extended living/gathering area featuring wood deck, full size commercial sink, large BBQ pit, Firepit, 3 seating areas and electric gate and private parking for 2/3 vehicles.
