Summary: We requested an earlier check in because we have a baby and we can't stay in the heat outside for couple of hours. The management I was speaking to let us know that we could check in early to the apartment so we went to the office and they told us no you have to wait for 2 hours it's not ready. The apartment was not clean and a big cockroach came out from the bathroom. There was no laundry detergent or any kind of shampoos provided in the apartment. We lost electricity around 8pm not knowing that the braker can't handle the washer and AC together because no one told us. We tried calling the offices and customer service and no one was answering so we had to sit in the dark with no AC for couple of hours until we thought of finding the main company number maybe someone will answer and my husband was able to figure it out himself going to the main braker downstairs in the building and turning on the electricity. So after that we had to wait until the washer is done to turn the AC on.
