The Space:
Welcome to our cozy and centrally-located 1 bedroom suite, an ideal space for solo travelers, professionals, and anyone seeking a wonderful Austin getaway.
The suite is a converted garage that has everything you need. The bedroom has a KING size bed and TV, and the living room has a 58" flat screen TV, futon sofa for extra guests, and a desk. The kitchen features a full size fridge, sink, and range, and there is also an in-unit stackable washer dryer. There is also a shared patio space in front of the house, perfect for meals outdoors. Please note that this unit is not ADA accessible, as there is a step up into the bathroom and additionally a step up into the standing shower (no shower grab bar).
Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free home, allowing everyone to enjoy a fresh and allergy-free environment. This is a triplex, but rest assured that your apartment is entirely private. Other guests may be staying in the units next door.
Guest Access:
Please park and brake on the sloped gravel driveway to the right hand side when you arrive.
Many cafes and restaurants in downtown Austin are within 10 minute drive.
