A dream for couples, families, dropouts and all generations. The main building, the maritime school, in which your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and opened in 2020. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The beach house-style apartment on the 2nd With selected accessories and harmonious compositions, the upper floor offers maximum comfort on 81 square meters. There is an elevator. Stylishly furnished, 2 bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms make your heart beat faster. The furnished balcony offers you a unique view of the Saaler Bodden, the southern exposure allows you to enjoy the whole day of sun. Relax in the sun loungers or enjoy the great view at the table with the two chairs while eating with a glass of wine. You get access through the open living and dining area and a bedroom. Via the modern hall, equipped with a cloakroom and a full-length mirror, you get into the large, light-flooded living-dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs and invites you to share moments with your loved ones. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The open NOLTE fitted kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs, which are gray in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The two bathrooms are stylishly furnished with modern tiles in warm tones and have a walk-in shower, a large vanity with base cabinet and a towel radiator. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. There is a bathtub in one bathroom and a washer-dryer in the other. The separate toilet, in the same style, is equipped with a vanity with a base cabinet. A bathroom is en-suite and you can access it through the dressing room. The bedrooms are modern and friendly. In both bedrooms you will find freshly made box spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables and bedside lamps and a wardrobe. A 32 inch TV provides entertainment in one of the bedrooms. A safe in one of the wardrobes is available for your valuables. The second bedroom is a master bedroom (inside) and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a sliding door. You and your accompanying guests can use the in-house fitness and wellness area. In a fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Then you can relax in one of the two saunas with adventure showers and relaxation room. The rental office is located in the main building. A covered parking space can be booked for your apartment.
