On entry to the house you come in to stunning open plan living room with updated kitchen - granite countertops and stainless appliances with beautiful pendant lighting. Comfortable living room furnishings to relax and watch one of the many flat screen tv's the home has. Dining area off kitchen with table and chairs leads out to the pool area.
Stunning decor throughout with so many beautiful things to admire.
Private master king bedroom on one side of the house, is large and has sliders onto the pool area. Has its own beautiful walk in shower room.
Second bedroom has also king and there is third bedroom with bunk beds and queen bed - great set up for families. Luxurious family bathroom for these two rooms to share.
There is also a den off living room with casual furnishings, and fun games machine for the family to enjoy.
The pool area is directly south facing for maximum sun exposure and has privacy fence around the pool area.
Very large covered sitting area with sofas, gas fire pit and table and chairs for outdoor dining with another flat screen tv for outdoor enjoyment. Plenty of deck space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool.
There is also laundry room with washer/dryer leading out to double garage which is stocked with beach chairs, cooler and pool toys.
