The apartment is distributed in a spacious bedroom with a three-door built-in wardrobe and two single beds that can be put together to obtain a double bed, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar with stools for your meals and open to the living room with double sofa bed, storage furniture, television and windows to access the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, a roll-up awning for the sunniest hours and to be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the Aquopolis water park and far from the sea.
As optional services to request in advance are the air conditioning installed in the living room at €30 /week and a private outdoor and covered parking space at € 10 / day.
Located on the fifth floor with elevator inside a well-kept family residence whose communal area offers two swimming pools (adults and children), outdoor showers and benches to rest.
The residence is in a quiet area right at the entrance of La Pineda, just 300 meters from its large sandy beach equipped with lifeguards, showers, beach bars, sun loungers, water activities, etc. The center of the coastal city is very close and you can find all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, playgrounds, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, public transport, etc. For entertainment and relaxation a few meters away are the Aquum Spa and the Aquopolis water park.
A few minutes by car or bus is the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park and the tourist center of Salou.
