The main level includes a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. The dining area has a table for six and a kitchen bar with two stools. The kitchen includesa full array of appliances, plus ample dinnerware, cookware and utensils. Outside the front entry is a balcony with chairs and firewood. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo.

Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.
