Positive: We had a great stay at Mark's place, the location is top notch i you value a more quiet atmosphere. The beach, a shop or the main streets are never far away. Breakfast was light but sufficient and tasty. The price for a meal was affordable. Rooms and common areas are great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Free water stations around the grounds was a huge bonus.
Negative: Some drainage issues in one of our rooms.
