Positive: Lots of room for a crowd in the house. The deck is nice and big!
Negative: The beach access is a short walk but not fun carrying all of your stuff that distance. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with utensils, etc. The comforter in the master bath had a gross stain in the middle of it- should be replaced- it was a bit repelling.
