When you want to get some air, the furnished and covered balcony is accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom and offers a view of the beautiful park area below. Guests will also enjoy access to a host of Sunset Island amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, clubhouse, and walking trails.
This beautiful and gated community is just three blocks from Atlantic Ocean beaches, while the Assawoman Bay surrounds this community on three sides providing tranquil views. If you want to get out and explore, take a short walk to some of the best restaurants in town as well as unique shops, ice cream stands, and several miniature golf courses. You'll also be a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk for a day of adventure.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following:
Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $75
Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110
Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150
Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
