Summary: Staff friendly, clean room, but shower VERY small, could hardly close the door. Paint on ceiling in our room was peeling. Hallway carpets dirty. Elevator only fits two people, very unsafe if stuck (we took the stairs, 5 flights). Close to restaurants and attractions but not worth $500 CAD per night. Would never go back. 2/10 rating.
