**We are new to VRBO, not to short term renting**
When you walk in, you will immediately feel the clean, spacious and welcoming space with large windows and great views of the marsh, tidal creek, palm tree and live oaks with Spanish moss (classic Charleston). It features a huge primary bedroom with a King memory foam bed, percale sheets, down blanket, top blanket and several different pillows of your choosing. The living room has a queen memory foam sleeper sofa with the same sheets and blankets as the king. We want everyone staying to be as comfortable as possible. The kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances and everything you need to operate a proper kitchen. The quartz countertops flow beautifully into a cascading waterfall on the peninsula to continue the clean and modern mid-century vibe. Our bathroom follows the same feeling as the rest of the guesthouse with a large shower and large adjacent walk in closet.
Check out is as easy as 1-2-3. Just place your used towels in the hamper and we will take care of the rest!
