For those who love the outdoors, the Silver Lake Sand Dunes are only 25 minutes away, along with the quaint atmosphere of Downtown Pentwater, which is also a short drive from your stay.
The vacation home boasts a master bedroom fitted with a queen bed, two additional bedrooms also containing queen beds, and a fourth bedroom adjacent to the garage, featuring another queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all the dining plates and utensils you might need, while the living room is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen smart TV and a DVD player loaded with a selection of movies. A washer/dryer is included in the laundry room for your convenience.
Step outside onto the deck and soak in the mesmerizing views of the lake, framed by picturesque foliage in the fall. With direct lake access, you can fish right off the dock or take advantage of our pontoon boat for fishing or swimming. We also provide kayaks and a pedal boat, perfect for exploring Turtle Cove, located just two lots away, or simply lounging on the beach.
If you’re up for more excitement, take a quick 10-minute drive to the beautiful Pere Marquette River for canoeing adventures or plan a day at the beach on Lake Michigan. While you're at it, stop by Jo Sander's to stock up on your favorite meats and cheeses for grilling on our gas grill.
For added enjoyment, we now offer a 2020 pontoon boat for rent (available by the week only), featuring a tow bar, tow rope, tube, diving board, live well, and the first full tank of fuel (17 gallons). Don’t forget to bring your Bluetooth device to enjoy your favorite tunes while cruising the lake.
Please note that our property maintains a no-smoking and no-pets policy. A $1,500 cleaning fee will be applied if any violations are found. All sheets and towels are provided for your comfort, and the home is outfitted with air conditioning and fans to ensure a cool atmosphere during warmer days. Additionally, please be aware that internet connectivity may not provide high-speed access due to our location.
Our dedicated cleaning service ensures the property is pristine between each guest. Early check-in availability depends on how clean the home is left by previous renters; we kindly ask you to leave the space in good condition to avoid any extra charges. Any additional fees incurred will be passed on to the guests.
During pre and post-peak seasons, we do consider short stays; however, during summer, we only accept weekly bookings of 7 days with a 50% deposit required upon reservation.
