Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The host Steven was very warm and his English was excellent, making communication very smooth. We enjoyed free airport pick-up service, which made our travel very convenient and we didn't have to worry about being overcharged by taxi drivers. Moreover, he reserved the scenic area tickets for us in advance, at the same price as the window reservation. They explained all the scenic area routes to us in English and arranged a very suitable itinerary. At the end, they even gave us an English map of the scenic area as a gift. The coffee at their place was also very delicious, freshly ground. It was really enjoyable to have pure coffee while traveling. There was also a free laundry room, although it was self-service, it was still great. If my friends come to Zhangjiajie for a trip next time, I will definitely recommend their place and strongly recommend the service of the host Steven.
