Summary: Immaculate and well presented with a great house manual, equipment and a welcome kit of beer, bread, butter, preserves, milk etc. the only minor critique would be that the lounge heater is inadequate in winter - although I appreciate that most guests are likely to be here in warmer weather when it wouldn’t be needed at all.
