Summary: Our stay was wonderful, such a lovely quirky little property which was warm and cosy. The staff were amazing and accomodating to us and our children and made us feel so very welcome. The only negative from us was check in time from 3pm, we had the polar express booked at 4pm and would have loved to be checked in and freshened up before we went but this was not available. If check in could be made earlier I think it would be a positive.
