Welcome to our Luxury Coastal Villa in Madeira Beach, FL! This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly designed retreat is only a couple minutes' walk to the sandy beach and within walking distance of a number of little eateries, cafes, and bars including the famous Johns Pass! Our villa comes full and ready for up to 4 guests, with a queen bed, a comfy couch, and a private patio along with a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor furniture, and grill We also offer free off-street parking! Pets allowed!
The Space:
This 596 Sq Ft Coastal Villa (this is unit 2, there is a second unit on the property) is an entire private Villa tucked back from the quiet residential street. Right off the front entrance is your private work area, leading into the open living room. The living room was decorated with a very large Comfy couch, great for movie night and sleeping an extra guest! We have a wall-mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV with all the viewing channels!
To the left of the family room is the open-style kitchen. We have a comfortable extendable 2-seater kitchen table and countertops with a full kitchen and every appliance, including a stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), toaster, microwave, and all the necessary supplies to whip up a quick lunch, blend up margaritas, or grill some steaks! Connected to the kitchen is another entrance, this one leading to your first private, fenced in patio! The private patio is fenced in and finished with a charcoal grill and a family size outdoor dining table! Play some music, sip on your glass of wine, and enjoy the rays of sunlight!
The Master Bedroom is very large with plenty of space for an air mattress (provided). The bed and mattress is a brand new Queen size with a new bed set. The windows in the room provide plenty of morning sunlight! Right off of the bedrooms is the bathroom, a beautifully tiled, open bathroom with a gorgeous vanity, towel ladder, and a walk in shower.
The Villa receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.
Guest Access:
The guest have access to the entire Villa and it's a private patio and fenced in backyard. Guests also have free parking off the street.

A very friendly residential area 2 blocks off the beach and only a couple blocks away from John's Pass
Getting Around:
Everything you need is with in walking distance. The home is a couple blocks off the stretch though connecting you to all the nearby islands and outlets.

Free parking in the driveway, maximum one (1) car per reservation. Parking is not allowed in the street. We reserve the right to charge $100 for any additional cars. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly.
* Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge *
PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow two (2) pets per reservation. You MUST add the pet to the booking. We charge a one-time non-refundable fee of $100. Pets MUST BE 30lbs or less, and breed restrictions do apply (no aggressive breeds). If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. If a pet is brought and not on the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee and cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
