Welcome to our Luxury Coastal Villa in Madeira Beach, FL! This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly designed retreat is only a couple minutes walk to the sandy beach and within walking distance of a number of little eateries, cafes, and bars including the famous Johns Pass! Our villa comes full and ready for up to five guests, with two queen beds, an enormous L-shaped couch, and two private patios along with a fully fenced in backyard and outdoor furniture! We also offer free off-street parking!
The Space:
This 782 Sq Ft 2-unit Coastal Villa is an entire private Villa tucked back from the quiet residential street. Right off the front entrance is your private work area, leading into the open living room. The living room was decorated with a very large L-shaped couch, great for movie night and sleeping an extra guest! We have a wall-mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV with all the viewing channels!
To the right of the family room is the open-style kitchen. We have a vogue white rock and granite countertop breakfast bar with two cushioned bar stools, great for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! The kitchen is a full kitchen with every appliance, including a stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), toaster, microwave, and all the necessary supplies to whip up a quick lunch, blend up margaritas, or grill some steaks! Connected to the kitchen is another entrance, this one leading to your first private, fenced in patio! Right by the entrance is a stacked washer & dryer, and extra storage along with extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The private patio is fenced in and finished with a charcoal grill and couples date night dining table! Play some music, sip on your glass of wine, and enjoy the rays of sunlight!
Both of the bedrooms are large with plenty of space. They each have a queen bed with new bed sets. The left bedroom also shares two bed side tables while the right bedroom has an additional dresser for long term stays and a highly coveted aerial window so you can wake up to the morning sunlight! Right off of the bedrooms is the shared bathroom, a beautifully tiled, open bathroom with a white vanity and a tub shower.
Off of the right bedroom is access to the second private patio and the backyard (which provides endless sunlight in the morning and throughout the day). The backyard was recently shelled to match the ocean shore, with a storage shed, a four person patio set, and all the privacy you need for game night, a family BBQ, or letting the dogs run around!
The Villa receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.
Guest Access:
The guest have access to the entire Villa and it's two private patios and fenced in backyard. Guests also have free parking off the street.
The Neighborhood:
Family friendly coastal neighborhood only minutes from the beach and Johns Pass! Roads are very quiet and residential, there's no traffic and the area is very safe.
Getting Around:
Everything is walking distance. You're also right off a straight shot along the coast so if you want to drive you can.

If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge *
PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow one (1) pet per reservation. You MUST add the pet to the booking. We charge a one-time non-refundable fee of $100. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. If a pet is brought and not on the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee and cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
