Positive: Breakfast??? No breakfast was included. Why is that being asked? We liked the style of the house.
Negative: Bare bones everything!!! And the key pad for garage entry was not always working. Had to enter code a few times. Had to replace battery in the portable garage door opener and it still didn’t work. Told owner and response was “ it worked wen last renters were there” 🥴there were hairs and dust on bathroom floor. Used soap in shower which is not very hygienic. Lots of dust in house. The fitted bed sheets did not fit the king bed very well and made sleeping a tad uncomfortable. The house should have had ample supplies of paper towels, bath towels, paper plates . There was no ice in ice maker tray. We were house shopping most of time so weren’t in house much, and wen we were it was just not cozy or welcoming environment. One of the kitchen chairs had a broken rung. We would not recommend this place. 😔
Summary: Enough said. We did like very much the Evolve people and their service in keeping us informed
