Summary: I loved how well informed all staff members were, from security walking around to management to waiters. I didn't meet a single person who wasn't well informed, friendly and trying to make this trip better than any trip you've ever gone on before. The buildings, decorations, rooms, grounds were mind boggling and gorgeous; you kinda wish you had a dozen eyes to take everything in.
