Enjoy the large deck, fireplace, stream, hiking and snowshoe trails out the door, hot tub, steam shower and starlit skies in a very private idyllic setting. One bedroom and full bath downstairs and one bedroom and full bath with steam shower upstairs. Another two beds in loft area upstairs. Dogs must be on leash as wildlife abounds. Moose and bear and deer commonly share this property and neighbors dogs may pass through.
ALL trash must be kept in tightly sealed bags inside and/or can be locked in one large bags(no separate trash or doggie bags) into the GREEN METAL "BEARRACUDA" SECURE TRASH BIN.
No oils, deodorants, allowed in hot tub and please shower before as the hot tub is cleaned between every guest and murky water or soiled water will result in $250 fee as hot tub must be drained and refilled.
