The space
THE SEAGULL is an exquisite, luxury beachfront getaway located in Cable Beach - New Providence - Nassau - The Bahamas- This impeccable villa benefits from its own powdery white sand beach mere steps in front of the breezy, spacious patio, and an infinity-edge swimming pool. The infinity pool is wrapped by a large pool deck, clad in comfy, chunky outdoor furniture directly accessible from the living room in the Main house. The pool sits perched beautifully on the beach. Being in a private property with two separate gates for the Main house and the Guesthouse, THE SEAGULL enjoys absolute security and privacy and will be your favorite spot for sundowner cocktails at sunsets.
Optional available is a private chef service, housekeeping on the property. THE SEAGULL 5-minute drive away from the new BAHAMAR, 15 Minutes to Downtown and Paradise Island (Atlantis Hotel) and 2 steps away from the Caribbean Ocean.
THE SEAGULL has overall 6 Bedrooms - 4 in the Main house, each with a private Bathroom and 2 additional Bedrooms in the Guesthouse / Cottage directly beside the main house. Both are connected through a gate on the driveway or through the patio area.

The Main house is in a styled in a classical Caribbean Colonial Style and offers a luxury accommodation for all guests. The Guesthouse / Cottage is located to the left side of the main house and has an even more Caribbean Style with light blue and white - with a breathtaking view of the beach. Included in the Cottage is an own Kitchen, Breakfast area and on the second floor a living room with a TV and a private balcony between palm trees.
THE SEAGULL comfortably sleeps twelve villa guests. Optional sleepings are available for children.
All areas are air-conditioned. To enjoy the soft Caribbean breezes, just open the huge sliding doors from the living room and transfer the house into an open space - connecting inside and outside.
The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops - gas cooktop - separate Breakfast area for up to 6, Bar area facing the kitchen and large dining area (with ten-seater dining table)
THE SEAGULL kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The doors of the dining and TV room collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. THE SEAGULL wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining.
Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and the outdoor sitting area beside the pool surrounded by Palm trees and Bahamian Seagrapes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE BECAUSE OF HURRICANE DORIAN:
Dorian hit the northern Islands of the Bahamas (Abaco, Grand Bahama). Our prayers are with the people on these islands!
New Providence / Nassau had no impact and we only got wind with ~ 30mph and some waves at the beach but nothing that causes any damages etc.
Please note, the Bahamas have more than 700 islands and only the northern islands got hit by the hurricane!
Our property has no damage of any kind, new providence is safe!!!
