Summary: The hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. Each day we had interactions with staff where they just seemed to be inconvenienced when helping us. Very strange since most resorts I've traveled to understand they are in the business of hospitality and exceptional service is important. This was confirmed when we traveled to a few other resorts to use their restaurants and the staff at other places went above and beyond to welcome and wait on us.
