Summary: Absolutely loved this place—it’s a little piece of heaven. The adults-only Sol Dol pool quickly became our go-to spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the resort. What truly made it unforgettable was the incredible service from Rafael Ochoa. He was consistently warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine care made our experience feel both effortless and luxurious. A special shoutout to Esther, our concierge, who was equally amazing. She gave us a fantastic tour of the hotel, pointed out all the special touches, and was always just a WhatsApp message away whenever we needed anything. The staff at the lobby bar were an absolute blast—fun, friendly, and serving up fantastic drinks with great energy and attentiveness. We’re in love with Edition Kanai. Every single team member we encountered was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!
