Positive: House has a nice design, and the back patio is nice to sit on. Appliances are all modern and in good working order. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Fenced in yard was nice. Host was very helpful, and the house was clean. Location in town is convenient for anything you want to do or see.
Negative: House has major settling issues, and the floor is coming apart in the center of the house. So much so that it is a tripping hazard. The parking is not bad, fit 3 cars in the driveway but the neighbors park their trucks in front the house all day & night long and a couple times in front of the driveway, blocking us in. Neighbors played loud music every night we were there until about 1am. There is a nice BBQ pit but no utensil to use with the pit. We found this out once we had been to the store and started to cook.
