Summary: Fantastic stay. Loved the hotel and the pub downstairs. Only thing that let it down was the attentiveness of the staff. It felt like they were put out when doing their job. There were several occasions we had to find someone to serve us despite being in full view of the chatting staff. This is something that can definitely be improved and all in all we had a great stay.
