This top floor, 3 bedroom cottage still boasts her wide plank shiplap ceilings, original hardwood floors and spacious, covered front porch…while also offering completely renovated and modernized living areas. The kitchen and bath are fully updated for everyone’s comfort and convenience. Not to be missed is the newly installed, whole house Kinetico water filtration system! No beach water here. We offer healthy, filtered dinking and bathing water along with non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
What we love most about The Latimer is the premiere location with peek-a- boo views of Banks Channel Sound and an easy 2 minute walk to the Ocean. Don’t miss a single sunset from the covered front porch. When it’s time to head out and explore the island you are in the premiere spot! Walk to all of the local favorites.
