Positive: We had a problem with the room where the perfume scent was really oppressive and when we mentioned it to the manager he changed our room and even brought an extra bed to the other room. Very kind and responsive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very quick and attentive.
Negative: The pillows were very thick and too high, I ended up sleeping without them. Having said that, my husband found them very comfortable.
