Positive: Property and staff were great. However when we checked in they said our reservation through booking.com was denied. We were traveling with another couple and their reservation through booking was also denied. Jack London was a little frustrated but did check us in. They said they would call booking and straighten out. Not sure what happened but if jack london hadn’t been so accommodating it could have turned into a bad situation.
