Come stay at The Island Gem located in the heart of downtown Carolina
Beach! This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo, features a queen bed in the
bedroom giving you ample room to stretch out and sleep comfortably
after a long day in the sun. There are two bathrooms in the hallway;
one has a full bathtub shower combo, and the other is a half bath
making getting ready in the morning an ease for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven,
microwave, and dishwasher making cooking a breeze for breakfast in the
condo or a picnic lunch in the courtyard! There is a large flat screen
TV in the living room with Spectrum cable along with complimentary
WIFI throughout the condo. The murphy bed or sleeper sofa in the
living room makes this cozy condo able to sleep up to 4 guests
comfortably.
Relax on the balcony overlooking the community pool with an evening
cocktail or wake up early to witness our spectacular Carolina
sunrises.
Parking is by permit only and is not assigned. Situated just south of
the boardwalk, you will use the Hamlet Avenue beach access; just one
street to cross before dipping your toes into the Atlantic Ocean! The
