Nestled on a expansive 200-hectare beef and crop farm, The House emanates a quintessential rural atmosphere that invites you to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. The house retains its old farm-style charm with matching décor, making it a memorable place to stay while you admire the beautiful vistas of Aoraki/Mt Cook.
Your comfort is prioritized as the entire house is exclusively yours during your stay, providing easy access to all its amenities. Please be aware that due to the operational nature of the farm, guests are requested not to wander or drive around the paddocks.
For your convenience, we operate within business hours, and our team can be reached from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM. Please note that check-out time is strictly at 10 AM to allow for thorough cleaning before new guests arrive. Late check-outs will incur a fee unless arranged in advance; checking out after 11 AM will result in a full day's charge.
If maintenance is required outside of business hours, a fee of $100 will apply unless deemed unnecessary by our technician, which must be settled prior to departure due to banking processes. Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will incur a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
When booking for two guests, please remember that a maximum of two beds may be used, or additional linen charges will apply.
