This high quality bungalow(76 m2) is situated in the exclusive urbanization of Bacon al Mar 1 between Guardamar del Segura (3km) and Torrevieja( La Mata, 1,5 km) and separated from the sea only by a pine forest,. It is 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 45 minutes north of Murcia airport. An accommodation consists of the living room and dining area, kitchen and utility area with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, W.C wash basin . This house has air conditioning, both cooling and heating. Also you can use an Internet .
The bungalow has a terrace and a balcony with nice views. A dining table and chairs are available there. On the balcony it is very pleasant to have breakfast and also to have supper watching sunsets. The roof top solarium for private sunbathing has a BBQ facilities.
The closest sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk. There are bar and restaurant near with evening entertainment, only 300 m walk from the bungalow. The closest town of La Mata with supermarkets, bars, restaurants is 1,5 km away. All the same you can find in Guardamar.
The main shopping town of Torrevieja, which also has beaches and nightlife, is 10 minutes away. The local Sunday morning market is a 3 minute drive or twenty minute stroll.
The location is ideal both for family, beach type holidays and for golfing holidays. The nearest golf (Rojales) is 10 minutes, further golf courses are within 20 minutes. Tennis and soccer pitches, mini-golf, a communal swimming pool, restaurant is available in Pinomar ( 500 m) and also in La Mata and Guardamar. Also you can enjoy horse riding and fishing nearby.
