Summary: This is the first time I’ve actually written a review though I have been renting properties for several years and even been a host a properties for a period of time. I’ll start with the good. I traveled with my mother, brother our spouses and children for a weekend getaway. Pros Property manager let us check in earlier @2 rather than 4. House is minutes from the highway. Property - air condition was cold. Overall though the house could use minor maintenance it had been nicely redone inside. Cons. Upon arrival we noticed that that a TV didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, and sheets didn’t appear clean in one of the bedrooms. (Stains, hair, and particles) I immediately notified the property manager. They asked us to send pictures. We sent pictures and videos. They told us they were looking into it. I checked back with the company a few times during the stay with no resolve. No concessions were offered. My husband refused to sleep on the dirty sheets and wanted to get a hotel. We had to wash our own sheets. Company was contacting maintenance for the TV. No one ever came, or called. It really stifle the start of our trip. Neighborhood. Because the house is down the street from the highway, things are nearby. But the actual location in the HOOD. The neighboring houses were abandoned homes w/boarded windows. Water pressure was low in shared bathroom. (We didn’t report)House exterior is unkept. Spider webs everywhere, deck dirty, uncleaned w/others belongings.
