Summary: We stayed in this apartment as a hub only; Pros: (1) The Gramercy building is quiet and safe. (2) The security guards are alert, helpful, protective and polite (3) dining, coffee shops, mall, banks , etc are close by: safe to walk (4) great location Cons: (1) standard one key / one access card and all other unnecessary rules (2) no extra towel, zero wash clothes, zero paper towel, zero kitchen towel, water down shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap, not enough supply of toilet paper (3) cheap mattress: 1 mattress even sinking (4) apartment not well maintained.
