Summary: Let’s start with the positive first. The rooms were amazing. Exactly as they look in the picture. The pool in the room was amazing and had an excellent background view. However, a couple of things were really disappointing. If you are a picky eater this is NOT the place for you. They only have 1 restaurant (even though their site says that they have 3) and the food options are really limited. They only have 3 options and some options are as simple as a “chicken wrap” for lunch. Throughout the whole meal you have to fight all the mosquitoes trying to get into your food, birds flying a couple of inches away from you (not the cute birds) and cats wondering around (even though I think they are cute it just removed elegance from the moment). The “beach” is really small body of water and nobody could go in because it was all covered with seaweed making it dark and unpleasant. We just went to sit and observe it and that was all our beach experience in that place. Lastly, you need to know you are in the middle of nowhere. No stores to walk to for food, items or anything really. So if you forgot something, or you didn’t like the menu options… it’s over.
