Summary: The non-smoking room was stinking of tabacco, with cigarette butts at the balcony. Reception staff were extremely unhelpful. They do not know how much breakfast costs and when and from where shuttle buses go. Check out took ten minutes!!! We missed our bus because of this and risked missing our flight because of the incompetence of their hotel.
