Walking distance to the beach, beautiful parklands, cafes and restaurants. Only a short 5 minute drive to Sunshine Plaza; home to thousands of stores, an amazing Cinema and also Australia's largest Highropes challenge! You will be spoilt for choices with everything to do in this amazing location.
The Space:
Perfectly positioned within a 5 minute walk to the stunning patrolled beach.
The young and young at heart can skate or scooter to their hearts content at the Alex skate park right across the road.

Stylish, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, fitted out with modern appliances including a full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc. are all provided!
