Situated on a clifftop in the popular Long Beach, you can sit on the edge of your reserve or meander down to the beach or rock walls, catch dinner and enjoy the bubbly as you watch the stunning setting sun or just simply stay at the outdoor setting admiring the ocean views and socialise with friends or just curl up with a cup of coffee and a good book.
The main bedroom is comfy and spacious. Generous kitchen with dishwasher overlooks the dining area (again, with ocean views!) that flows onto the full length covered rear deck, showcasing a beautiful sunny aspect and a leafy outlook teeming with native birds and wildlife. The living area is comfortable & cosy complete with wood fire heating to warm up your nights especially in wintertime.

This property sleeps eight with two Queen beds, & 4 singles. The ‘kids’ room’ is equipped with gaming console, toys & board games.
Please note that bed linen & towels are not provided however should you wish to include linen with your booking, please let us know ahead of time. Additional charges apply. Other 'essential' items only includes basic soap, shampoo & toilet paper.

Pet Rules:
1. All pets to be kept controlled at all times, so as not to disturb the neighbours or wildlife. The property is NOT fully fenced. It is guests responsibility of their own pet's safety. Pets must NOT be left unattended.
2. Always clean up after your pet.
3. No pets allowed on beds or furniture.
4. All your pet’s requirements must be provided by you. [Home plates and bowls are absolutely NOT to be used for pets].
5. Grass etc from pet’s feet must be cleaned up before leaving. Extra cleaning required due to pets will incur an additional cleaning fee. Additionally, if the carpet (when applicable) is soiled, you are responsible for the steam cleaning which will be deducted from your bond.
6. Any damage to the home or furniture must be paid for. Fly screen mesh is the common damage from pets. Replacement due to damage is $100 per door.
7. If you pets soiled the carpet, you will be paying for the professional steam cleaning.
