Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. I got the watch the trains from my room. Photo included of our view. The hotel was quiet, or the soundproofing was good. Not sure which but we didn't have any issues with noise. Breakfast was decent. We didn't take advantage of the other food offerings but it was nice that they existed.

Negative: I personally don't care if a hotel is dated as long as it's clean, but it should have been cleaner. There was mold in the bathroom and on the window sill. There was staining on the walls, bedframe, and bedding. Our room also had a faint BO smell. That said, I've paid more for worse stays and would consider returning.
