Positive: Location: walking distance to the center of attractions.

Negative: Staffs quality are mixed. The receptionist in charge when we arrived (Midnite, early morning of 24 Aug) was excellent, explaining all the details of the hotel. But the one in charge when we checked out (27 Aug morning) was not as exceptional. Breakfast quality can be improved by varying the menu. Erhan tried to show friendliness to guests, but he is alone. No other staffs show such quality. Previously, before we came, we have confusing communications. One communication, still in my Booking archive, asking us to pay in cash...for weird reasons. (Although in reality we paid with card when we checked in). Some communications on the airport transfer was not proper. We received confirmation very late, and in the airport we have to wait quite some time for the car that was supposed to pick us. So, I don't recommend to book airport transfer with the hotel. The front face picture of the hotel as shown in Booking.com website are not real picture. The reality is not as good as shown. The hotel facade was old and fatigue, although location wise is not bad if your interest is visiting Haga Sophia, Blue Mosque and it's surrounding.
