Summary: Amazing Location, close to train and groceries. Great for an extended stay if needed for business. For background, I am a hospitality hotel designer, so I am probably the worst to review a small boutique hotel. But alas, here we are.. one, for very little money they did an job with the decor, but it was just good and if they just up their game just a bit they could knock it out of the park. 1. Room needed more attention to cleanings. I found hair in the sink, floor and in the tub. Kitchen was clean as well as the living room. 2. Sheets. Polyester. They desperately need to upgrade. Overall, great for extended stay or families on a budget. Grade C overall
