Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Distinguished old building (the oldest hotel on Mull) in a quiet location in Dervaig. Welcoming owner and staff. Clean comfortable room. Cosy lounge area with art-deco style furnishing. Beautiful area.
Negative: No TV and rather flaky wifi. The lack of TV could be construed as an 'off the grid' feature, but not for me. Walls in our room (5) rather thin - could almost join in with the conversation next door (then maybe no TVs is a good idea). Of course, an old building in a remote location will always present challenges.
Summary: Distinguished old building (the oldest hotel on Mull) in a quiet location in Dervaig
