Parking and backyard is shared at times when both levels are reserved. The door is at the back around the left side.The Neighborhood:Located in the heart of Ontario, tucked away from the bustle of the big city but close enough to visit. Central to several mid-sized cities and halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, Bancroft offers the tranquility of the Canadian Shield with all the amenities of a modern community. Bancroft was built alongside the same York River that this house overlooks.Directly across from the river from this UNIT is the main park where most of the concerts and events are held. Behind the house are many walking trails and a pedestrian bridge reinforced for snowmobilers and walkers alike.Getting Around:Bancroft is a small town and many necessities are within walking distance however there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway.Other Things to Note:โข Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.For your peace of mind, we offer two options:1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.Interaction with Guests:Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
