Summary:
This is a secluded site - HALFWAY to the end of the road (just over 1/10th mile from lower parking lot) Situated on the side of a creek it is peaceful and you are right on the edge of our RC trails which can be used for hiking
Upon your arrival we will load your belongings in the side by side and take your belongings up to the site (we will return on day of checkout to pick them up)
A spacious cabin tent with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress . All you need is your sleeping bags or bedding.
If more than 2, theres a 6 man tent available to accommodate which you can set up where you want. There are cots available for cabin tent. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you need so we can set aside for you (they are listed under extras).
There is a picnic table and firepit/grill on campsite and a loo with popup privacy tent We also have HOT shower facilities on the property for your convenience. There is a heater in the cabin tent for those chilly nights (Heater provided from Oct 1st thru Apr 1st). Cabin tent is winterized with a rug on floor and insulated rain fly for warmth. Heater takes off that chill.
WE HAVE A NEW HOT SHOWER AVAiLABLE TO OUR CAMPERS So after a day of hiking you can rinse off the day with a nice hot shower.

We are located in Wears Valley Tn with quaint antique stores, Alwine Pottery, food, and distilleries and wine tasting.
We are approx a mile and half from the Wears Valley entrance to the Smokey Mountain National park entering thru Metcalf Bottoms
We are approx 2 miles from the entrance to the Foothills Parkway with all of it's breathtaking views.
We are 5 miles from Townsend Tn (quiet side of Smokies) Cades Cove, Tuckaleechee Caverns, River rafting, River tubing, Fishing, hiking, horseback riding, etc.
We are 8 miles from Pigeon Forge TN with all of the attractions one could want - rides, eateries, dinner theatres, Dollywood, etc.
We are approx 15 miles from Gatlinburg with all Gatlinburg has to offer.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting
-Firewood for the campfire
Other Things to Note:
Park in our parking lot. We will take you and your belongings up to the campsite. Our office for check in closes at 6 pm so if you are arriving later than 6 pm please chYoueck with us. We will accommodate you IF at all possible. Bringing you to your site in daylight is best. We will not bring anyone to their campsites after dark
check out is 11 am
Help yourself to water near the pump house. Bring your creek shoes and bug spray.
Queen size bed. Bring sheets or sleeping bags.
Enjoy our new shower facility (shut off during winter months)
Stay aware and admire the wildlife. No feeding the wildlife.
Be considerate of the neighbors and please no loud music

No outside firewood is to be brought into the campsite Only item burnable that is allowed are duraflame logs We will have one bundle of wood at each campsite. Campers may also collect dead and down wood found in the nearby woods for campfires. Bundles will be for sale on site We will follow Tennessee Fire guidelines.

WINTER SEASON: OCT 1ST TO APRIL 1ST
HEATER IS PROVIDED IN THE TENT FOR THOSE CHILLY NIGHTS. WE PROVIDE ONE PROPANE TANK OF FUEL PER STAY AND OTHERS CAN BE PURCHASED IF NEEDED. IF YOU ARE CAMPING BEFORE OR AFTER THE WINTER SEASON AND NEED A TENT HEATER PLEASE JUST ASK. WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR STAY.
HOT SHOWER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DURING THESE MONTHS TO PREVENT FREEZING.
6 MAN TENTS ARE NOT HEATED AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE USED DURING THIS PERIOD.
During winter season registration closes at 5 pm
Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
