Its southwestern exposure ensures you soak up the sun all day, and the recently upgraded furniture and finishes make you feel like you've stepped into the pages of a luxury homes magazine. The lush landscaping and tall, swaying palm trees greet you as you pull into the private driveway. After you follow the stone path to the front door, you'll walk inside and immediately be impressed. The front living area features gorgeous tile floors, a sofa, and love seat set, and two oversized armchairs. There is plenty of seating for the whole family in front of the wooden entertainment center and flat screen TV. The back wall of this room is comprised of sliding glass doors that lead right out to the pool. A formal dining room flows right off of this front living room. When you're not snoozing in one of the three high-end beds or spending time with the family in the common areas, chances are you'll be outside enjoying the private lanai and pool. The covered part of the lanai has a dining set that seats four under a quiet ceiling fan. There are sun loungers located around the pool for those who want to soak in the Florida rays. The pool is completely fenced in, and a long row of tall hedges adds to the privacy factor. This outdoor oasis is an ideal place for a poolside dinner or catnap in the shade.
