Three large bedrooms, all with fantastic sea views and two bathrooms. Enjoy sundowners and barbeque on the deck, playing Boulle on the large, level lawn or sit in front of a log fire in the lounge. Close to the beaches, wineries and galleries. 6 Kms from Dunsborough, Yallingup and Smiths Beach. A home from home, on 3.5 acres with everything provided. Cleaning charge $135, Line fee $20 per person. No smokers. Excellent mobile phone coverage (Telstra).
There is an independent flatlet with bathroom, lounge and kitchenette for 2 people that can be rented separately - contact owner if required. This will be occupied by a single guest from May to December 2022.
